The salesperson was very knowledgeable in the item that I was interested in purchasing. She was able to answer all my questions I had between the two bracelets that I was considering. She made suggestions on charms that I would have never considered wearing together. She was a gem!

the service was excellent actually I came to bring back my bracelet to be cleaned my daughter brought it for me on other's day and I brought a bracelet and a charm, and a kit to clean it at home but I think I need to return it to the store because it does look dull to me but I always wanted a bracelet and will purchasing more items it was my fault for using jewelry cleaner, thank you very much.
