Associates were very nice.

I didn’t have to wait and wait to be waited on. The staff member helped me as soon as I walked in the door. She also put all my old gems on my new bracelet.

I asked the associate for a friendship charm and she showed me three of them on my price range.

The sales lady, Linda was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question I posed. I look forward to her assistance during my next visit.

I was highly satisfied with the merchandise availability. The store was very clean and up-to-date with the wall mounted screens displaying their merchandise kept me engaged until a sales associate was available. At this location, the sales associates are very friendly and welcoming, even though this is a very busy store. The customer services is great and that is probably why this store is more so the busiest in the area. I love Pandora and this location.
