Very friendly helpful and knowlegable

I was highly satisfied with the availability of merchandise. The way the merchandise was displayed was appealing and allowed the store to share all products, old and new. My jewelry was cleaned as I shopped.

The associate was very helpful without being pushy with suggestions. I was shopping for a particular style ring and to my delight it was available in my size Additionally I found the perfect rose gold clips for my bracelet. I was assisted by the store manager who gave me her card for future visits by appointment which I very much appreciated. Today was a great experience at Broward Mall Pandora.

The sales associate that helped me was very friendly and helpful. Even though there was a line to get in the store she never rushed me so she could get me out of the store and on to the next. Plus she helped me pick some very nice pieces.
