My experience going inside of the broward mall has been really been wonderful experience .all the ladies are very nice but one lady in particular her name is Linda she's wonderful and very very helpful

I was highly satisfied with the time it took me to be in and out of the store. Literally, I was able to advise the staff that I was shopping for my nieces birthday. I was asked her age and provided and age appropriate items were automatically selected. I was asked her interest. She loves ballet. Immediately I was shown a ballerina charm, which represents her personal interest. Shortly thereafter, another charm was suggested that represented a birthday. For me, the bracelet and two charms that was selected shows my niece that thought was put into her gift and her bracelet was carefully selected FOR HER! I liked the store and the personnel was really nice and friendly. Even when I wasn't able to find the charm I was looking for because it was sold out I found my second option.

I originally came into the store to drop off a bracelet that was severely damaged by pool water. They took charge of my bracelet and returned it to me looking brand new. When I returned it to my life partner, she thought I bought her a new bracelet and charms. The customer service representatives were extremely helpful and was no trying to hurry me along. They gave me ample time for me to make my decision. There was an item I wanted that the store did not have in stock and without asking, she began calling stores in the area.

Every time I walk into pandora it’s always a breath of fresh air. The workers there are so nice and knowledgeable. The prices of the charms are affordable and elegant looking. I love every piece of pandora I own. Just to know I can get my bracelet and charms cleaned to maintain brightness is so satisfying.
