Pandora Jewelry

Hannah was extremely rude and short with me. She gave me dirty looks and shoved another sales associate on me, and went and talked to her manager all secretly in the corner. Extremely unprofessional, especially when I had done nothing to upset her. Confused and upset.

When we entered the store, the light was dim (not bright at all). As we were walking through the store looking at various displays, many of the display boxes did not have much light or even completely no light on them. As soon as we stepped into the store, one of the staff members friendly approached us. But, we could notice that three out of four staff were not very well groomed: either hair was not groomed or not wearing any Pandora jewels on themselves. When checking the availability of the ring size, it was taking forever. Moreover, the person who helped us did not come up with a single clear answer (such as which products are on Fall-special promotion) or sometimes had to run down to another person to get the answer. We have never had a such experience at any jewel store especially at one of our most favorite stores (it is "Pandora"!!!).
