Pandora Jewelry

I love Pandora charms and bracelets. When I have jewelry that I love, I never want to take it off, so unfortunately my Pandora gets pretty dull looking after a few months. I needed my Pandora cleaned for an upcoming event and unfortunately it coincided with the most recent event. So I kind of felt bad coming in with 6 bracelets, a necklace and 43 charms to have them cleaned. All of the associates were wonderful and very helpful.

On've on one attention from the beginning. Heat items that foot my taste. New items that make me want to continue to visit and buy.

I never say I am highly satisfied with something unless it was exceptional service. I went the day after Christmas so there was a sale which was great however the lines were very long and the store was way over crowded.

I was buying a new bracelet- it was hard to find what I wanted, know prices, and 5 of the charms I was interested in they didn’t have in stock :/

The store was too busy

Price is high. Selections are limited. Lack of options for more colorful charms

I rarely rate highly satisfied. My experience was wonderful

It was nice

I purchased 3 charms, and it took over 20 minutes for the associate to ring it up. And I was the only customer in the store! I think she was in training bc another associate came to help her, so I guess I have to give her a little leeway there. I happen to have a foot injury and walk with a cane so it was an extremely long time to stand as there was not a chair in sight,

I waited over 30 minutes for an associate. They were very kind and kept telling me they would be with me shortly.
