I was able to find the pieces I was looking for.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff....showed me some holiday specials and special pieces which I ended up purchasing.

I bought a Pandora bracelet at the Downtown Disney Pandora store in October, while I was there on vacation. After one month, the clasp broke. I happened to be in Las Vegas and asked if they could exchange the bracelet for me. I did not have the receipt with me, so we were not able to proceed. Then, I visited the Fashion Place Mall Pandora store in Murray, Utah. I had the receipt, but they did not want to replace my bracelet. Instead, they gave me a customer support number to call. I was also looking for additional charms and they did not give me many choices. I was not pleased. Then, I went to the Pandora store in Salt Lake City at City Creek Mall. They were absolutely WONDERFUL!!! They replaced the bracelet, showed me several new charms, and alerted me to future discounts and warranty. As a result, I also bought two additional charms. Excellent experience with them, and I will go to their location from now on.

The ease of assistance in the store was amazing. The ability of the sales team in working together was refreshing, in going to the Fashion Place location it seemed the sales reps were fighting for sales. VERY refreshing to see a sales TEAM instead of sharks. GREAT JOB!
