Pandora Jewelry

I went to the store located in the city creek center, Salt Lake City utah. I had a broken clasp on a bracelet that I wanted replaced. Unfortunately it was no longer under warranty and it was explained to me the process for repair or replacing the clasp. The sales associate was very friendly and then went and got the store manager for further assistance. I cannot believe the kindness shown to me by the store manager. The store was very busy and she easily could have told me that I’m sorry but it’s out of warranty there is nothing we can do for you and move on to the next customer, however she did the exact opposite. She went above and beyond, completely blowing me away with the amount of wonderful customer service she gave me. It was one of, if not the best shopping experience I have had. I’m apologize for not remembering her name. But she made a pandora customer for many years to come.

I called Pandora and talked to Nikki (City Creek Center Mall) and she was extremely nice on the phone. Later that evening I went to Pandora to purchase a bracelet and charms for our upcoming company raffle. Nikki was with me from the call, to the store, and finally the purchase and was so helpful to me. Nikki made my visit to Pandora a dream, and I can't wait to go back for more!!
