The associate greeted me right away and was very helpful showing me the charms I was looking for. My son gave me a gift card for Christmas and was cashing it in. She took the time to pull the charms I had picked out of the booklet.

Aline is a very competent, friendly sales associate. She knows the product very well and she really believes in the product. It is always a pleasure to shop when Aline is working. I love Pandora! My husband a few years back wanted something that he could get for special occasions and Pandora has been the perfect solution. I have several charms but like to redesign them to create a new look. I was grateful to the staff for pulling out extra charms that I had previously received to play around with different arrangements.
