I have shopped for gifts never for myself, so i knew the quality and service at this location. Therefore, when I received my first charm, the world as a gift, I was anxious to make my purchase and to start my bracelet. What did disappoint me was I could not purchase the bracelet I wanted there so i wen to Jared where the bracelet was available. Then right back to Pandora to purchase my other charms.
