I was sorry to see that the Essence Collection of Charms was being discontinued, however, I did pick up 4 additional charms at a very good price.

My bracelet was a gift to me from my family but it came small. I called store and they asked me to come by and exchange it. They also helped me put charms on it. It was wonderful experience. I spend about 20 mins in store for all the work they did. I did not had to wait at all.
