I was highly satisfied with Jessica during this sales experience with Pandora. Although the store was busy when I arrived, I was provided eye contact with a smile And kind. This made me feel acknowledged, welcomed and encourage me to browse. Once available Jessica offered a warm greeting and was approachable. She was observant while inquiring about my interest and desire to help. I was there to have 2 bracelets cleaned and she assisted be with the process assist and even complimented my bracelets. Afterwards Jessica shared details presented about the new Pandora Me collection that I was eyeing. The Safety Pin was piece that interested me most and Jessica was extremely helpful in assisting with identifying my likes to help with choices of charms and arrangement. Gaelle, the other associate, was pleasant as well. If fact, all 3 associates were professional, interacted well with customers/each other and created an awesome in-store environment and buying experience for me. Thank you Jessica D!
