The sales person was great! I was returning my broken charm and I was so happy that it was in the store. the glass was so clean I thought I could touch one of the rings.

The sales person was nice. The store was clean. The price was right.

Went in to get something for my wife for our anniversary. This Pandora in Towson Town Center I like because I am always in and out even if there is a line. They are very organized and friendly. I never have a problem finding what I am looking for and they are very knowledgeable with their suggestions.

Associate was friendly, helpful and efficient

I walked in to the store and was serviced right away. After being greeted I need my globe replaced on a charm. The associate quickly revealed that she had one left. I was excited. I also purchased Disney charms which were the last ones left in the store. Lucky me!

A sales associate almost immediately asked me if I needed help when I walked in. I left with my product no more than 15 minutes later. Quick and easy!

Love the service of the store! Employees were very helpful and wanted to help! It was busy in the store but they got the line down and people out within a good time period! Love this store!
