The sales associates were extremely helpful friendly and patient. Each item I was interested in were sold out. Sharnele searched high and low to help us find my pieces the other young lady in the store also jumped in to assist I didn’t catch her name but she helped pick the necklace we purchased that I love by the way. Disappointed the inventory in the store was very limited

The variety of your merchandise is far better in the store than in other stores. I also appreciate the availability of different ring sizes. While the store is small, it was accommodating. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable about the product.

The associate who helped me was very informative, polite and authentic. She wasn't pushing when explaining the sale for the day and she was very helpful while I was choosing charms for my bracelet.
