Even though the store was closed, I was able to reach a sales person by phone. They were very helpful. I pulled up to the store and the sales associates came to me. They both had PPE. It was fast and easy.

I went to buy a new bracelet, my old won popped 2 weeks after my year warranty. The sales associate helped me find what I wanted, looked through the catalog with me to help me decided on if I wanted charms, she also tried to find my prior purchases by searching my name, multiple emails, and telephone number (my fault though I don’t think I made an account with my first purchase). She took her time with helping me.
