Kathleen was the most helpful person in helping me pick the best item for my daughter. She has great customer service and I’m returning specially due to her kindness.

The sales associate who was also the assistant manager was extremely patient and attentive of my friend and I. My friend actually had an issue with her previous purchase from another store, Casey handled her issue with ease and proceeded to multitask in assisting the two of us. It was my first time purchasing a bracelet. Casey was very informative on the different bracelet styles and even showed us plenty of charms to choose from. I will definitely be returning.

My experience was wonderful. The sales associate was very friendly and eager to assist. She knew exactly what I was looking for. Several picks were unavailable but she was patient and helped make other suggestions and in the end everything was complete.

The store was limiting the amount of people that could enter the store, asked me to sanitize my hands when I came in, and everyone was wearing masks - all great things!!! As a healthcare provider, I appreciate that!! Ashley was extremely warm and friendly, knowledgeable, and was willing to check stock and place an online order to be able to get me the bracelet I wanted. Definitely a wonderful shopping experience!!

I’m highly satisfied with my Pandora purchases and the Assistant Manager helped me all the way from entry of store and my purchase. Will always come to this location hands down. Have been doing very well with keeping up with CDC Regulations and the cleanliness of the store to make it safe as possible for customer to shop and still get that same great feeling.
