Wonderful sales associate

I was happy to see how well Towson Pandora location practice social distancing only allowing 2 people in store at a time. How they sanitized after every person left store before allowing more people to enter the store. This made me less stressful and my sales lady was very patient and knowledgeable helped me to decide on my purchase. Very happy with my visit.

I was approached with a smile. She knew where everything and made it fun under the circumstance. She also took my name and number down to let me know when the other chaarm comes in.

This was my first visit to the store. The customer service rep was very kind and courteous. She was patient with me because I wanted to purchase a set. I brought a ring and pair of ear rings, a bracelet, and necklace. With charms So I was there for about two hours. The young lady. Made it a great experience and I will be back to Towson malll to purchase from her again. I appreciate her time and expertise
