My daughter purchased her first Pandora ring about a month ago in Lancaster. One of the stones fell out so we drove to the Towson, MD location which is closer to our home. The staff there was wonderful. We felt very comfortable with the precautions they were taking. The exchange process was so easy and they were very friendly and helpful!

My only complaint is the ring we were purchasing wasnt in stock. Otherwise sales person was helpful and friendly.

The sales associate Nyima was both courteous and helpful regarding my exchange and additional purchase. She also assisted with placing my charms on my bracelet for a more appealing look, and also suggested that i purchase a chain once my braclet is complete with charms. I was very satisfied with her professional costumer service. I will be visiting this location again.

I receive great service every time I visit this location. This time I had a new associate ( Nicole ) who was so knowledgeable of the product I didn’t even know it was her 2nd day on the job. She was helpful and even added on to the original purchase

I came in to have a bracelet replaced and Virginia was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about Pandora's products. Virginia also showed me the products to get so that I will not lose another bracket.

I was Greeted when I entered the store and was ordered to sanitize my hands . And was allowed to enter the store .I was not greeted First

When I first came up to the store they had me wait outside until it was safe to come in. When the sales women Virgina was finished with the person before me she cleaned and disinfected the area before having me come over
