Sales associate Taylor was very kind, cheerful, and pleasant. She was very patient with me as I decided on which charms I wanted.

My associate was patient and kind friendly and welcoming her name was Vina she was helpful and great

My sale person REBERTAC was very friendly and polite. When she needed help her coworkers was very helpful also. I love Pandora and REBERTAC knew right awayi love my bracelets on my arm was Pandora.

Sharnele was great and made sure I left out of the store satisfied and with jewelry I would love! I’ll definitely be shopping in Pandora in Towson from now on because all of the staff are great!

The store kept up to all safety standards. The sales associates were welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products. Every time I come to this location ( Towsand) I’m always satisfied.

I went to the locations in Towson mall. They had a sale going on yet it was busy and I was on my lunch break. Then I notice they have a pandora stand outside the store. Great presentation. The young lady came right over to talk to me. Inform me about the promotions they where running I pick out two charms she suggest a third one I was sold Her customer service was great from start to finish
