It was my first time at Pandora, and my husband wanted to get me a bracelet. The wait outside of the store was not bad, and I am glad we stayed. Naomi greet us at the counter. She was professional, polite, caring, sensitive, and very helpful. When I expressed a bracelet that I did not like, she kindly referred to the bracelet that my husband purchased, with four charms. I am impressed with the customer service provided, and my husband and I will return for more bracelets with charms.

I am very satisfied because when I was standing in line I will see the sales lady cleaning each time a customer finish, The sales lady was wonderful she took her time with me, gave me suggestion all-around perfect experience she was so wonderful I came in pandora for one charm and left with purchasing 5 more item thank you keep up the great work

Overall my experience was great and the store manager was patient and knowledgeble. This was my first Pandora purchase. I was a bit disappointed that after standing line prior to the store opening (30 mins), they opened about 15 minutes late. It would have been nice to offer your apologies for the lateness to the customers in line just to acknowledge us. However, after this 2020 year of COVID-19, a store opening late is no major event.
