The ease of navigating through the store and the health/safety precaution the staff took to ensure that guests were kept safe. The patience with which the staff worked with me to purchase my charms.

Employees were friendly even though their jobs are harder these days. They wiped counters after each customer and remained pleasant. Selections was good for the rings I was looking for.

The initial associate was new and could not locate the item I wanted but the manager stepped in and located the item I wanted with ease. I was so thankful although the visit was longer than expected.
