From waiting in line to enter the store to the time I exited at the end of my visit, everything was excellent. Safety of everyone was obvious and the staff were very welcoming and efficient. I was very pleased with my shopping experience in the Towson location on yesterday. In these days and times, I often shop on line, but my in store experience was a pleasure.

I was assisted by sales associate Vina W who was an exceptional representative! She was patient, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I also was having complications with one of my bracelets which she took time to try and correct for me. It was such a pleasure dealing with such an amazing person. So kind and patient. The perfect example of what every guest experience should be. Thank you so much Vina W!

i wanted a bracelet with rose gold and my sales representateive suggest two bling charms witch reall made my bracelet pop. i was happy because i love bling.
