I was greeted in a very friendly manner when I had to wait to enter the store. My sales associate,Dajia, understood my situation (I had purchased a bracelet and charms last week, and the sales associate forgot to charge me for the bracelet. I wanted to pay for it, and at the same time purchase another clip.) and worked to help resolve it. She had to discuss it with the store manager, who came over to thank me for my honesty, and to give me a 10% discount on the bracelet and clip.

Endow was very pleasant ,knowledgeable, willing to assist, was able to answer all of my questions. I want to give my hat off to which I believe was the manager at the front door, she kept things going and not getting the job done . I know when I have great service. I been in customer service for over 15yrs and. Know when the service is up to my expectations. Way to go ! Thank You.

Customer service was amazing. Getting my items and checking out was super fast. I could see them cleaning behind each customer before another entered the store!
