The young lady that help me was really nice. She listened and had great ideas on what I wanted for my bracelet. Her customer service was really on point. I enjoyed working with her.

The appearance of this location was excellent. The staff appeared to be keeping busy even though Covid has changed the operations, the associates strive to remain attentive, efficient, and productive. The associate that waited on me, Endia C, #207645 appeared to be a new associate, but she was very friendly, made suggestions about items she thought I may like, based on our brief conversation. Her supervisor was supportive and assisted Endia in making my visit to The Mall great! My visit to Pandora on Tuesday was a very pleasant experience.

The manager was helpful. She made recommendations. Also she was nice.
