I must say my sale lady Anne at the Towson store was great. She was so patient with me made, I came back the next day.

My representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I walked in she knew exactly what charm I was talking about. Her customer service skills were amazing.

Casey was patient with me during my selection process. She explained current sales and promotion, which made my shopping experience seamless and relaxing.

Lindsay was an awesome sells associate. I described the bracelet I wanted and she found not only the bracelet but also the appropriate size. It was a great shopping experience.

This is my first time shopping with pandora and everyone treated me very well. The store was beautiful, clean, and eye-catching. I have wanted a charm bracelet for some time now but it was in between sizes and I was not sure the best size for me. I told my friend and she recommended getting sized in the store. The sales associate sized me appropriately, she was patient, kind, informative, and gave insightful suggestions. Since I am new I felt welcomed and I appreciated her taking her time with me.

When we arrived, the assistants there promptly asked us, how they could help showing us the availability of the items to purchase, only hope that could had in stock all but were satisfied with showing the size needed to purchase and explaining, further help, we got done quickly and went on our way, very pleased, thank you.

I liked that the manager was very helpful and that the sales person was extremely patient with me.So for those reasons alone I'll definitely purchase an item again.
