As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted. The sales associate Nichole was very friendly, and greeted me with a smile. She was very willing to assist me and knowledgeable about the product and gave great advice in how to keep my Pandora bracelet/charms clean.

Even though I could tell the associate was new, there was a manager with her helping along the way. I was able to come in and get the ring I wanted in the size I needed. Great service and happy that there were multiple pieces in stock
