It’s Christmas time, everyone is out shopping, lines are long, you have to wait for everything- with that being said, the sales associate at Pandora made the wait worth it by providing efficient service and knowing exactly what we wanted and having it ready at the front.

Kiah was very friendly. The service was awesome. Her patience was awesome and friendly. This young lady was phenomenal. When you have service like that, it will make you want to come back and recommend others to do there shopping at that store.

The sales associate named Jewel was very helpful and the associate who. Invited me into the store was very informative and also very pleasant.

Staff was friendly. Associate was knowledgeable about my purchase. When explained what I wanted the associate knew exactly what I was asking about and first showed me in the magazine to be sure.

Every time I visit this particular location at the National Harbor, I am impressed at the timeliness and professionalism of the staff. They are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the charms they have in stock. During this visit, I was purchasing a Christmas gift and asked about any music related charms. The sales representative actually remembered me from my last visit and was able to tell me exactly which charms I had already purchased which helped me easily pick the charm I needed. Excellent customer service wins it for me every time!

I felt welcomed and the sales Associate Ashley knew her stuff and was recommending different charms based on the info I gave her. She was very friendly and the customer service was excellent. I loved what she recommended and ended up getting that. The whole process was clean and streamlined.
