Pandora Jewelry

I have been a customer of Pandora for many years. As I am into other pieces of Jewelry (Different Brand) My daughter finds it interested and love it. I will be in to get all my Pandora Jewelry clean. It's long overdue. Unfortunately, I have yet to find the customer services at Tiffany & Company/ David Yurman; that I found at Pandora. Nothing beats it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Always a customer.

The sales associate was pleasant and knowledgeable of the merchandise. She took her time with me and assisted me with my credit app and the sales of my four gifts.

Well one the store wasn’t crowded. My sales representative greeted me with a smile and actually listen to me fully before answering. I ordered online and didn’t realize I was suppose to wait until I received a it’s ready email before hand and she actually just got it ready and put my charms on for me and gave me cute gift packing for my order. Professional, straight to the point and a great listener !

The sales associate Deandra (I hope that’s right) was very knowledgeable and patient with me. This is my first time buying from this store. My sales associate made this experience extra special. Please thank her again for me.

The service was fast. The workers was very friendly. It was a slight line to get it so maybe more workers would be nice but overall it was nice.
