I were satisfied because of the professionalism of the sales clerk. She did her best to give us what we wanted and explained why pandora didn't have the merchandise we was looking for.

The store was very busy however, the staff worked together to ensure that all needs were met to the best of their ability. Staff were able to share alternate options for items that were not currently available due to the Valentines day rush. Everyone was smiling and assisting and keeping things on track for the individuals in the store as well as those who were in line. Effortless synchronization amongst the staff.

The sales associates were awesome and fast. Great ladies. They did a great job of showing me examples.

Although I had to stand in a very long line, the sales associate Ariana was great. She was very professional, courteous, and patient. She helped me and daughter make with our purchases, she answered our questions thoroughly and her customer service was a pleasure. Especially since we stood in that line for a considerable amount of time and frankly I was a little irritated. But Ariana was the ultimate professional; her awesome customer service made me forget that I was irritated. She is an excellent sales woman and I hope you are paying her well.
