The store was busy and well staffed. I was acknowledged upon entry and was serviced in a reasonable timeframe. The sales person was very nice and engaged me throughout the transaction. I was very pleased with the customer service.

Initially a young lady waited on me who had on a very low cut blouse, she was rude and was not helpful. I opted to work with Naomi, who was assisting another patron. She has always been pleasant and helpful during my visits to Pandora. If Naomi had not been working, I would have left the store without purchasing anything With Naomi's knowledge and suggestions, I purchased a beautiful bracelet and charms for my favorite cousin. My cousin who was also present, was very pleased with her gift....NAOMI IS AWESOME!!!

The Sales Associate was very engaged, and was receptive to my questions. She showed me the selection in one area, and when I inquired if there were other options, she explained and showed me these other alternatives. I was very pleased with her service!
