THE SALES KATHLEEN M NO. 125817 WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND PRETTY MUCH MADE ME FEEL LIKE MY BRACELET BREAKING WAS MY FAULT. THE STYLE WAS 590723CZ-21 SIZE 21 AND IT BROKE!!! I DIDN'T BREAK IT IT FELL OFF MY ARM AND SHE ALMOST MADE ME WAIT 15 MINUTES BACK AND 4TH TALKING ABOUT BEFORE SHE FOUND MY RECEIPT AND REPLACED THE BROKEN BRACELET.... THIS BRACELET COST $90 AND IT HAS ONLY BEEN 3 1/2 MONTHS THAT I HAD AND I THANK GOD IT FELL OFF IN THE BATHROOM AND NOT OUTSIDE WHERE I COULDNT HEAR IT FALL OFF

I purchased 4 charms from the pandora store in Towson mall 2 on February 14th and 2 on February 15th. On the 15th I got my bracelet cleaned the lady organized my charms and told me how she thought they should be. I’m sure it shows her on camera organizing the charms and clamps. I have been calling Since 3:15pm someone just answered at 6:34pm to tell me that I signed for the bracelet. I told them I didn't organize the bracelet and the sales woman being the pandora expert should have known that she put the charms on to tight for the clamp. The clamp is know missing, I am not a pandora sales person and am not trained to know that she put the clamp on wrong. The assistant manager said she wasnt there when it happened so she cant make the call to replace it. Not sure why she is the assistant manager if she can’t make decisions on customer escalations. I asked for the district managers number and she couldnt give out that information. This is terrible customer service especially since I just spent 200 dollars at this store in 2 days.

I lOVED A FEW RINGS BUT THE COMPANY DOESNT MAKE MY SIZE FOR RINGS, AND THE STORE DIDNT HAVE ANY OF THE RINGS I WANTED IN STOCK.

Pandora charged my account 3 times and only refunded me one of the payments back instead of 2. My account was overdrawn twice. I didn't have money to get food. This is horrible. They said they were going to get back to me but have not .

Long line just to get in the store. One salesperson per 4 customers. GM or manager on duty was outside the store taking names for the wait list, like we were at a club. No one answering phones. Just horrible. No tissue paper in the entire store or resources to get anymore delivered and the saleslady throw mine away before the exchange was even done. She had to put stickers on my moms gifts
