I wait for like 30.minutes to a empty store while it was 5 sale people talking during nothing. Then when i get in the towson store she act like she had a problem

I was exchanging a ring because some stones were missing. The day prior I went in to see if I could exchange it and was told yes. The store manager was very nasty to me and spoke to me as if i was an incompetent child and she was doing me a favor. she hesitated the exchange and was very rude

The sale person, that was helping me, acted as if she didn't want to be there, helping find a gift for my friend, I felt like she was afraid of being there working with the community, people like that should just stay home ,I understand being cautious, she made me feel very Uncomfortable, I have been a Customer for years but have bought my pieces from Jared understand that they're no longer caring Pandora I will buy online I will not come to that store anymore.

Muy mal trato parte colaboradores ,no dejo agarre catalogo y me lo arrancho sin pedir por favor, mucho racismo por ser blanca y no saber mucho inglés, las joyas son excelentes pero eduquen asu personal.

I was not satisfied with this pandora because I was charged twice for the same item. I informed the sales associate and the store manager. The manager informed me to check my account the next day and my money should be back on my card...it was not. I called the store the next day and spoke to the manager and she told me the same thing to check the next day and it still was not on my card. I called the next day and manager informed me that I was not charged double for the same item. I called my bank and they informed that I was. I still have not heard back from pandora, but I am waiting for my bank to file a claim so that my money would be reimbursed. I will NOT recommend this pandora to ANYONE!!! I am considering about taking my item back!

The sales associate refused to help me when though there were not any other customers in the whole store. She eventually helped and didn’t even wrap the purchase she threw it in the bag and went into the back room.

I felt like I was stereotyped because I am black. The associate Dustin refused to wait on me , instead of him speaking to us he just shooed us away and told us someone else would help. I sit back and watched him greet others in the store . He is very rude and lacks customer service . Which is unfortunate because that’s the type of job he has. Why wouldn’t he want to greet me, I was very tempted to leave the store and travel to the Arundel mills store where they have a better selection and the best customer service. Tieyler was very very nice!! She help us but I would never ever return to the Towson mall location. I would like to be contacted by management and would like to know why I was treated so poorly.

They did not have much in stock. They moved very slow and talked about how tired they were that day. Was not really friendly, helpful or cared.
