The salesperson acted like she did not want to help me. I asked for charms that represent Maryland, and she wouldn't pull anything out. She just said, "No." I had to keep pushing to get her even to pull anything out.

Young lady by the name of jess was the rudest t young lady ever I reported her to a manager she said I wasn't the first person that reported her but it don't seem like anything was done about it

I just got my bracelet on 3/21/21 and went back to the store in Towson to get an other charms the lady offer me to clean my bracelet and the next day my bracelet turn black went back to the store to change it and the manager there was so mean and said she count do nothing about it mind u only had 2 days with my bracelet now i have a pandora bracelet and my charms all black

The sales associate was very unpleasant and not helpful. She didn’t even say hello, just how can I help you. There are covid restrictions everywhere but the associate expected me to walk around the store with other guest inside just to find charms when she should have directed me to the trays I was looking for or at least offered to bring them over to me. I also had the spinning globe that broke and I was told she couldn’t find the transaction. She suggested I buy another one, so I did and of course I wanted to take advantage of the sale. However after leaving I realized the charm I wanted fixed or replaced came out in summer in 2019 so there was no way it was that old where you shouldn’t be able to find it. Anyway the total experience was not how I envision great customer service. I will be returning the three charms today.

Lindsay C did not make my Experience memorable. She acted as if she did not want to assist me and did not Want to show me The items I asked for. She treated me as if I was going to walk off with the merchandise. I told her have a good day she responded I WILL.

The associate was rude helping us. The exchange part was fine but we said we wanted to go in the store to look at items she said we would have to wait for people to leave. That was no problem and while she was helping us with the exchange she let the people we behind us go in. We had planned to buy more items but with how rude she was and when she did that we said nope we won’t spend our money there. Asked for a signature pen was previously used by the guest in front of us and she had touched it and was never sterilized in between. She also did not sanitize in between guest and did not offer it to us but did make sure to offer sanitizer to the last she let in the store behind us.

Was having an issue with customer relations had them on the phone with me sent what the sales associate said to me while I was leaving never to come back . The rules in the store changed day by day and i did nothing wrong to warrant her saying this . It’s was a on the phone issue the person needed me to return to the store so she could order them online and she got so nasty that they were talking about me in front of other customers her and this African American guy who is kinda tall.! For a store manager u don’t treat anyone like this . I am in the process of mailing and returning and then gonna sell what I have Left because of this sales lady Bidemi o
