She just acted as is she didn’t want to be there. She was the sales lead but not helpful at all I would’ve bought more charms .

Everytime something breaks or not working right there is a issue I been buying and gifting pandora for over 10 years and I have been having to many issues lately

The sales lady was dealing with another customer all nice. Even told her about the survey to take. After that customer left she walked right by me like I wasn’t standing there, then a couple minutes later asked if we were being helped. I said no, I told her what I wanted and she didn’t ask if I wanted anything else or if I wanted help putting the charm on. She put the stuff in the box and bag and walked away. No have a good day or nothing about a survey. She was so rude and I was visiting from out of town. I’ll never go there again.

As the sales associate was opening my bracelet to place the new charm on such, she dropped one off my charms. As she began to look for the charm, 2 other sales associates joined in to look. One of the 2 sales associates found it, rather than pick it up, she proceeded to point her foot and say “there it is”. The original sales associate picks it up an never acknowledges dropping my charm with an “I apologize” or “” I am so sorry that happened”. As you market you charms to have sentimental value the total disregard displayed by your associates was disappointing. As that very charm holds that value to me.

Sales associate was awful

Towson location. I arrived one visit 2 hours early and they were closed. I visited a second time 15 minutes before closing and they were closed. I spoke with manager Angela or Angie about and she said she closed the story early because there was no customers. This is Nora reason to close early and I was not the only customer that was at the gate looking why are you closed. If the don’t want to work they need to close this location. Because of this I find myself going to other locations which is a big inconvenience. I am highly upset about this. This is not her store. If the store closes at 8 than they should close at high. Very disappointed with the Towson location

Skylar the sales associate was very rude . From the greeting to me purchasing my items . I’m not sure if she was overwhelmed from being busy . I didn’t appreciate her throwing my bank card on the counter when she didn’t recieve it that way . She was very nasty . Hopefully my next experience will go better !

the sales associate were very rude and unprofessional. I came there to exchange a ring and get a bracelet engraved with my sons name on it which they were not able to do because the manager of the store is the only one that knows how to operate the machine and she was not there. I called three times before I drove to Towson and I was told yes they could do it now instead I will go to the Columbia store.

The customer at Towson mall was terrible it’s was my first time shopping there or any Pandora store. I was shopping to get something for my grandma 80th birthday and there service was terrible not satisfied. They didn’t even have gifts boxes too give. I will never go back to that location or maybe even a Pandora again.
