The sales person gave me a hard time. She kept being disrespectful her name was Daisha in which I had to almost harass her and the other coworkers to find out her name. Her help consisted of arguing with me, so my daughter nor I made any additional purchases which was part of the reason for our visit

Daisha was rude Argued with me in a loud and irate voice Never asked if I was a card holder Only discussed what she wasn’t gonna do I had to resolve my issue calling customer service while in the store My daughter and I left without the two additional purchases we intended to make

I waited for 1/12 hrs to get into store to be greeted by two rude sales people. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. At this visit I spent $160.00 and was told that there were no boxes but when I told my frustration to the sales associate she and another sales person got very angry and were blaming me the customer for stating my frustration. I was told I could buy a box for $5.00 which is totally unacceptable. Many customers were very unhappy with this policy. If I wanted an extra special box I would have bought one but in the past when I purchased charms I was always given a box. This is a terrible way to represent your business. I will never shop in that store again and if I do purchase more charms it will be from a more reliable merchant like Smythe

I went to the location in Towson I was waiting in the line for 45 minutes only 2 associates and one of her asked me if I know what I want because they are too busy and they can’t waste time. Make sure you have in hand the items you want. So this is not the the customer service they have to provided and also they rush the service and one of the associate was talking with the other one she was tired and caught attitude.

I arrived when the store opened. Two people in the store - a sales lady told me to go back outside and wait in line (there wasn't one) and told me I couldn't look around until one of the two were available to help me. Waste of my time and theirs. I should have left - I purchase from your store every Christmas and every vacation (2-3 times per year). The service at your Towson Town Center store in absolutely unacceptable and has me questioning future purchases. Very dissatisfied.

I came into the store and asked the associate if she was free. She shrugged her shoulders. Then I showed her a picture of the charm and she stated without looking for it, we don't have it. I looked in the display and it was right in front of her. I requested another charm from the display and she placed it on the counter. She dropped the tablet on the charms twice. I asked her if she could clean the charms, asked both of them with an attitude like it was an asking too much.

The sales are not the same on line. All items that were advertised on line should be also included in store ,not just a few pieces .it makes it hard to get what you're looking for. I still love Pandora ❤️. Thanks for the sale locking forward to the next one.

My mom purchased a ring for me last year. I came in last month to get a replacement because the stone had come out. Less than a month later the stone came out again. I informed the associate of this she stated it was no longer under warranty. I explained that the stone shouldn't have come out so soon. She was Extremely rude. She stated she waa the manager. I believe her name started with a D. I was highly displeased with my visit.
