The sales associate was not knowledgeable or just didn’t care about our interaction. When asked about certain charms, she stated they did not have them. But when asked to look at specific tray, the charms were there. Just unconcerned as if she was being bothered. I had not encountered such low energy before with this company.

There were 5 associates. They were standing around talking to each other. I stood at the counter and was never greeted. Another customer walked in and her was greeted with a smile. I started looking at the associates talking and that is when one young lady said, "oh did you want to look at something. I said yes and she said okay someone will be right with you. Another young lady walked over and said "what do you want to see". I started to walk right out the store, but because I was from out of town and there for a birthday celebration I stayed and asked for four charms. The young lady gathered them up in her hand laid them on the glass counter and said do you want boxes and you also get a free gift. I said yes please and she rolled her eyes, walked away said something to another employee came back with them in the boxes and bag told me my total. After I paid for my charms she said do you want a receipt or email. "I stated emailed is fine" she said okay and that was it. Walked away. No good bye, have a nice day, thank you for shopping Pandora absolutely nothing!!!!!!

I visited the Towson location to get a bracelet for my BF. There were 3 people working. The young lady that helped me was inpatient, unfriendly, and rather rude. I spent almost $500.00 and never got a thank you. The other ladies were standing around having personal conversations, one scrolling on her phone. All talking to each other along with the lady who was supposed to be helping me. She was more interested in her personal conversation with her team mates, then helping me with my selection. I spend a lot of money in Pandora between shopping for myself, mom and best friend. I don't expect to be treated this way. I will NEVER go back to Pandora in Towson.

I came in to exchange a bracelet my husband gave me for Valentine’s Day. There were three associates, 2 white ladies were in store browsing, I step up and the associate does not acknowledge me, instead walks over to the other 2 ladies and ask did they need help. They decline. She walks back to the display case and starts to put something away - still no acknowledgement. I step forward and she still says nothing, I advised that I want to do an exchange. She gives me a look, like I was nothing. I extend my receipt and product and she looks it over and over again??? I’m just in need of an exchange I tell her since I already have a bracelet, and I dangle my arm to show her, and she then speaks to me. The whole scenario was very weird, I felt racial bias, I felt Invisble, it was not a good feeling. I felt so uncomfortable and she was very snobbish and rude. She treated me as less than

I came to Pandora to get my girlfriend a promise ring. I told the sales associate that my girlfriend is a size 7, I purchased the ring, and went on my way. After the ring did not fit and I verified the size of the ring with an actual jeweler, I found out that I was sold a size 9 ring. Absolutely unacceptable.

The manager, Ashley was very nasty to me. She was unhelpful and not able to resolve my issue. I was sold a defective item that they knew was defective before I left. I had to waste gas to come back that evening to try to get them to fix the item that they were supposed to fix before I left the store. The clasps on the safety chain was vent when they originally opened it, they didn’t use a tool to fix it. She used her finger nail and it didn’t fix the issues so my bracelet fell off after I left the store mind you my bracelet is a 14 current gold Pandora bracelet but I pay $1600 for it I also purchased 24 14 Karat charms from Pandora . I spent almost $5500 for this bracelet. This is my second Pandora gold bracelet. I have another that I made in 2010 and I spent 9700 for having said that I am a very good customer but I wasn’t feel like when you visit and I will never go back to that store again.

Won the attitude of the sales associate who is the manager of the store. She sold me the wrong item which was on sale, which was a final sale. But not least when I went to return the item to exchange it for another item, she was unhelpful, and was not willing to make the exchange for any exception, because of a mistake she made in my prior visit.

The saleswoman had an unfriendly attitude towards me and my companion (who also made a purchase). It made us feel discriminated against, they kept us waiting for about 15 minutes to be served even though they had a couple of unoccupied vendors. They had no merchandise (or at least that's what they said (that the offers were only online). They showed little interest in what we were looking for .and the merchandise was not wrapped as it should be (saying that they did not have any more boxes in the store). terrible experience in that store
