Extremely long wait with the few employees there not helping customers (stocking or just standing there).

The aquamarine birth stones where clear not light blue. The store is not well laid out and forces crowding. The staff trip over each other trying to do there job.

My fiance showed me a holiday charm (Nutcracker) that she liked. I went to the 1st Pandora store and they didn't know what I was taliking about and couldn't find anything called "Nutcracker". I went to the 2nd Pandora store and they were at somewhat of loss also. While the sales associate looked in the back room, the hostess tried to sell me a bunch of other stuff that I was not interested in. She offered me discounts etc. When I was about to leave the store tired of waiting, voila! they found the Nutcracker. The actual nutcraker charm looked nothing like the nutcracker charm in the catalogue that my fiance showed me. The real charm had no color and you would be hard pressed to know that it had anything to do with the nutcracker. The picture in the book was colorful, holiday red, etc. Very dissapointing

I have to wait for more than 15 mins to get a sales lady. The sales lady does not look enthusiastic. They don’t have all the items I want.

I went to make a return from an online order however, the sales associate was not knowledgeable and kept stopping and needing to ask questions.

The customer service at this location is very poor I wasn’t greeted upon entering the store & the store wasn’t crowded they had more than enough associates and not one of them said hello no one was smiling they seemed to be unhappy in addition to me asking for assistance the associate wasn’t knowledgeable about what they had in stock and when I asked her if it was possible I could get a new item instead of the display she had a bit of an attitude I was told basically if I didn’t want the display than I’d need to chose something else she didn’t even check so when I inquired about the rose gold items she acted as if I was suppose to know what I wanted before I came in the store and for that reason I don’t think i’ll Be returning back to this location i’ll Order online only or go to the local jewelry stores that carry authorized pandora jewelry

Little bead selection at the Towson Center . Only Mother’s Day & jeweled beads. Not really interested in helping me or making a sale. The manager had to ask for help while 2 sales associates stood talking. I wanted to see the product & leave with a gift. So disappointed!

My boyfriend and I walked in and there were already 3 people being helped. We walked right up to the counter and began looking at the pandora rose for more charms for my bracelet and we stood there for 17 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The sales associate that finally spoke to us was rude and I felt like I was being rushed. She even said I could put my own charms on my own bracelet.

The store was crowded due to being the day after Christmas and a clerk put my name on a list to be waited on. After waiting 20 minutes and saw someone who came in after me being waited on I approached the clerk and asked how much longer it would be. She had taken my name off the waiting list because she thought I had been waited on. I had not even been able to talk to a clerk, much less get waited on. I realize it was busy, but you need to call names out to make sure the person has been helped.
