I wanted to exchange a bracelet I received for my birthday on Nov 26th, because it was too big. This was the 2nd visit due to poor fit. The clasp was also difficult to open and close and the charm spacers needed to be exchanged also. After waiting for about 30 min in line. I was serviced in line but waited for an additional 15 min only to find out they did not have the correct size at this store. I did purchase a charm but will be going to another store for exchange to correct size and to exchange charm spacers for correct ones for type of bracelet.

Associates were not friendly, I had to repeatedly explain my online purchase and when asked for a nicer bag , I was very rudely told they only have the bigger ones

I purchased two items. I specifically asked about Black Friday Promotions up coming. The sales person said she knew of none and probably would not happen until Friday. I checked website on Tuesday to find 35% off store wide. How disappointed I was. The exact items were on sale at a significant savings. I plan to return them for that reason.

Sales person made me feel rushed and took the person behind me before me as we stood in the mall not the store. Never have any items I want for my bracelet. Towson Towne Ctr manager is RUDE!! Short, light skin black woman. She is the worse!!

I had purchased a gift for someone out of state, I wanted to exchange the gift but was told no because it was pass the 30 day return policy. Due to the global pandemic I find this unacceptable. The associate did allow me to exchange the gift but for a lesser value item.

I was not satisfied because i stayed in line for about 45 minutes i thought there was a sale going on inside the store, that customers were talking so long

I went on a sale event. After being on my feet for 5 hours i had to wait in line for over an hour to get inside the store. I like having a brochure to pick out my items. The store is small which hinders a tad bit on moving around. I just became a member last month so i was excited to get a new charm and safety chain so I wont loose my favorite bracelet in 13 years like i did the last one. I talked w a lady who had hers since ‘buy 2 charms get a free bracelet ‘ she never had problems w her bracelet coming off. Her bracelet was ‘wow’ full. Thank you.

Trouble with my clip ,always opening and and afraid of losing my charms.It cost me $110 to add safety chains and what more to make it safe. This is ridiculous. Service was good but the quality of the bracelet is very poor.

I went into the store on my lunch break to find two employees waiting on two groups of customers and three others waiting for service, and a couple waiting at the register counter. After ten minutes a girl comes out of the backroom and asks a male associate who was next. Christina comes out after 3 minutes afterwards to finish at the counter then goes into the back again. Now a new couple comes in and walks past me to the center counter. Another 2 women come in 5 minutes later and browses. Two new groups are now being helped and Christina finishes with her customer. She comes over to the counter and asks the guy associate who is next. He looks around, not really knowing and picks the next group to be waited on. However they were waiting on a particular associate. He then looks past me and picks the newest couple. And spoke up and said that I was next, but Christina put her finger up and I'll with you, and continued to assist the couple. I had to tell her that I was there ahead of them. She gave me an annoyed look, said excuse me to them and reluctantly helped me with attitude.

Sales associate was rude. I was prepared to spend more, but due to the lack of assistance from the sales associate I decided to purchase online.
