I purchases bracelet back in October, 2020 which broke. Took back to store unable to find in the system do to incorrect email address and name.

The sales associates at the Towson store are very rude and the line is so long because they spend so much time chatting with each other and not enough time helping customers. Between calling in new customers from the line, they seem to disappear into the back room for breaks.

I wasn't satisfied because I made 2 purchases an got my bracelet cleaned an added an lock guard to my bracelet she cleaned it very well jus put my charms on backwards pretty sure she noticed while putting them back on guess she just didn't care to bad for me because I can't even fix her mistake so I'll have to take time out my busy schedule to try an visit this store after not wanting to again

The store manager Ashley was not friendly or personable. She seemed very busy and so she served me very fast and wasn’t kind. She seemed to be in a rush the entire time and so I felt rushed as well. I didn’t like the experience at all.

Attitude of salesperson . Insisting on the occasion of purchase when I found this unnecessary. Confusing on price of purchase telling me one thing then changing what she said.

The wait in line outside of the store was very long. There wasn't enough sales associates. They didn't communicate with the customers that were waiting.

As soon as I entered the store I felt as if I was an inconvenience to the sales associate. She was extremely short and rude and wasn’t much help. If it wasn’t for the fact I knew exactly what I wanted, I wouldn’t have made a purchase.

I placed my order online. That order was cancelled due to no stock. Ordered another charm after that. Email said 6-8 hours for pickup. Got to the store after 6hrs Waited in line for an hour. When I finally got to the door I received another order cancellation. All I wanted was 1 charm. I know holiday time is busy but There's no real reason it took 7 hours to get notification that it was out of stock. I had to pick a nother charm in-store. I could have went to the store 6 hours earlier instead of waiting for a cancellation. Very disappointed on that process.
