No tenían producto que quería no había size

I was not satisfied with the long line and the flow of the line. It would have been nice if someone had came to the line and informed us of the slow flow and made two lines one for pickup and the other line for people that need to go in the store to pick out items

The Sakes associate was very rude. Thankfully the next associate was better.

Manager was rude

The store was supposed to open at 10am. The store opened up late. The manager said 5 minutes at 10:00am. The store did not open until 10:30 am. They were putting out merchandise and counting drawers. I will not visit this location ever again. I was late for an appointment. Other customers were complaining as well. I will saw Lindsay, the sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. She promptly assisted me with my purchase.

The girl in charge of storing the jewelry in the boxes made a mess. She didn't know anything, I had to correct her and so did her instructor, totally screwed up the service and didn't apologize. She put the jewels upside down and it was very rude, as if he didn't care. Bad experience.

The store and staff at the BWI airport were friendlier, more efficient, and was a better overall experience than going to the Towson Store. I would have thought the Towson store would have more knowledgable staff. Also when you post that a sale photo is buy one after you spend 125..said items in photo should be part of the deal.

Very rude. Will not be returning.

Please hire people who like to work and they are very professional and not rushing

The sales associates weren’t customer friendly. And I won’t be back to that Pandora. I would rather order online. This was my second trip within 4 weeks.
