The customer service was poor. I understand it’s the holiday season, The sales associate wasn’t friendly and she didn’t want to clean my jewelry.

The item i wanted wasn't I stock. I settled for another bracelet, I asked for a cleaning cloth no one seemed interested in getting it, I should have asked for a refund

Sales person was not interested. Acted as if I was irritating her but wanting to see merchandise and buy. Took forever. Had no knowledge on product

During this visit I was looking for certain items on my wish list and the associate said they were out of stock. I settle on a different charm and purchase it but then I find the charm I truly wanted on display. I pointed it out to the associate and she was didn't own her mistake or apologize for not looking more thoroughly.

The actual sales associate that assisted me was very nice. However her co worker, African American, with a gold/blond streak in her hair was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This is the second time I have come into the Towson Town Center store and have encounter this type of behavior. I went to Reeds and purchased the other charms I wanted.

The store was very crowded, the selection very limited. Not greeted when we walked into the store and had to ask for assistance. The store was way too full of people

Towson site the employee was not really helpful slow with getting items didn’t really know about the products

The charm was shown on line to be in store. No one answered the phone when I attempted an inventory check prior to my arrival. When I arrived, the charm was not available.

The sales lady was not helpful wanted to buy three bracelets for my love ones didn't happen 😔 😪
