Sales associate act like they really didn’t want to help nor did they show me abundance of the charms. They picked them out one by one under the counter instead of me seeing more selection. I was highly upset

The staff was very annoyed and rude. I didn’t feel welcome in the store and I wasn’t really greeted. They also didn’t engage with me at all or seem motivated to help me so it was a pretty bad experience.

The line to purchase anything was minimum an hour. The order in which the line was directed was great but Pandora needs a better system during holidays. The long lines are a deterrent.

I purchased items online for in store pickup at both Columbia Mall & Towson Town Center. The process at Columbia was great, staff was friendly and service was fast. Towson not so much. Another lady and I waited in line for over 45min from the time the store opened for online pick up. I was 5th in line and even when I got in the store after requesting a manager's assistance, I still waited another 10min or so for someone to come look for my order. There were 4 associates/managers in the store however only 2 were assisting customers and they were allowing only 2 customers in the store at a time. The Apple stores line moved faster than Pandora's line and their line was literally wrapped around hallway.

Long line to get in the store. Some Staff were doing things other than helping customers (counting bags of bracelets). Once inside sales associate was not wcoming or friendly. Store had no tissue paper for Pandora bags nor did they have bracelet boxes.

My experience was awful sale associate was very rude and dismissive to me when I asked questions about my online order I spend a lot of money in this store I don’t deserve this !!!!
