The quoted wait time was inaccurate. The actual time I had to wait was much longer. The space in the store was extremely too small.

I really wasn't connecting with the sales associates. I don't think she was listening to what i wanted as a consumer, so it became frustrating for me. But, it could be the volume that the store was handling at the time.

Overall the experience wasn't my worst retail experience. However, it did seem as though the associate was impatient and somewhat rushed. granted the store was very crowded, but we also had to wait quite a while before being helped by someone. Again, not my worst experience, but not the best. Associate could have been more pleasant.

I love all of my pieces and love that you can create your own memories with the charms. Im working on creating a bracelet with dangle charms. I don’t like the new way they have changed the top part of that hold the dangles. My bracelet was burned in a previous cleaning and they keep questioning whether I slept or shower in bracelets etc…

I don’t like some of the charms are now pendants I guess… the bracelet and charms are looking more rustic then in the past after pandora supposedly cleaned it and it’s nothing I can do about it… some of my charms have broken of course after my 30 days I would love if pandora would come out with a different horoscopes charms and letter charms…

False advertisement on the 3 charm and bracelet offer! You show 3 bracelets but you dont say that we have to select the one YOU want us to choose.

Employee was rude.

The young ladies working in the store weren’t welcoming at all! I felt very uncomfortable as if i was bothering them.

Salespeople we’re standing around talking. 2 we’re working. I stood in the store for like 10-15 minutes before 1 of salespeople that was working asked have you been helped. The salesperson seemed like she had a attitude and seemed like she wasn’t pleased with the selection of jewelry I was purchasing even though I was paying for it. I wouldn’t go back to the Towson Pandora.

There were 3 employees standing at the counter when I walked in. None of them greeted me, asked if I needed help or even acknowledged that i was there. I knew I wanted a ring but had to walk around the store to find them. Only after other 👋🏼 walked in and greeted the staff did someone finally ask if I needed help and I had to wait for the employee who walked in the back to come back out and help. She seemed very reluctant and uninterested in helping me. I was able to purchase the ring, which I stated feels too big and she said that next size down would be too small. I am ordering a ring guard because the ri f slips right off my finger.
