The store is entiry too small and the lines to be served are extremely long.... This issue needs to be address immediately due to the quality of the Mall and the customer demand...

Associate gave me a charm and it had scratches on it. I asked if she had another one and she went to look and came back and said that was all she had. Wasn’t enthusiastic or seem to be happy at work. Was just there.

The wait was incredibly long to get help from a store associate. There were three people working and at one point one went into the back and didn’t come back out. We waited a very long time to make our purchase.

We were in the store over 5 minutes, never greeted or waited upon, Finally I went up to main display case and asked if they had the item in the window and to purchase it. The store was not busy only one other customer inside, and at least 2 sales associates. It does not take much to look up from the counter and greet someone walking in.

many things were not in stock, assistants took a very long time to bring things out (spent over 2 hours in store)

I purchased the last sparkling floating locket that everyone handled/tried on as it was the only one left in the store. No sale on the petites. I'm not happy about my purchase.

Only 3 staff on the floor. One appeared to be in the back and one just taking "reservations." In the week after a Holiday and with a sale going on you should staff up more.

The associat was so rude. I plan on returning the bracelet. I hate to be disrespected.
