The sales associate was rude & very unwelcoming She didn’t make it easy at all she wasn’t friendly she didn’t smile she made my experience very poor I will not be returning to this location

It took more then 15minutes to check out. The check out system must be updated. It should only take a few minutes. It is not one person’s problem. The flaw goes to whoever came up with this system of check out.

This Pandora was the worse one I ever seen I normally visit the store in Columbia mall. It was empty cases not a lot to chose from. Not the experience I’m used to at all.

I went to the store looking for a letter "R" charm. I couldn't find the letters so I asked an associate. She didn't really respond, but clearly went to look for the charm under the desk. She replied that there were no "R" charms. I got another charm and I like it, but I can't say it was a great experience.

Sales people did not get to work until 10:04 but I saw both in the mall 15 mins earlier did not let me in the store until 10:16

Several pieces advertise online and store brochure wasn't available at this store

Did not have what I was looking for.. I think I came too early because it seemed they were all over the place trying to get ready..

My bracelet has always tarnished extremely easily. When I mention it in the store they always tell me not to wear it in the shower or when washing my hair- and I have never ever done that. And then tell me to keep polishing it with the cloth Pandora sells. No matter what I do it doesn't take long before the bracelet is tarnished again. My sister has a Pandora bracelet and necklace and does not have this problem. Also I don't have this issue with the charms, only the bracelet. The amount of time I have to wait to be helped when I go to the store is also disappointing. I had to wait a long time to give my bracelet to someone to get cleaned and then came back at the time they told me to and had to wait another 20-25 minutes to get my bracelet back. There is not enough staff in the store to help the amount of people that are always in there and the wait is disorganized. People are just standing around so there is no way to be helped in the order you come into the store. You have to watch and jump for the chance to be helped when you see someone free.
