The sales associate was very distance and did not seem to interested in my friend and I purchase. My friend was so disappointed with her level of service she decided not to purchase anything. The only reason I finished my purchase was because I wanted that charm. But if I really felt like going to another location I would have left without securing the purchase also.

The store was very small and hard to navigate. The salesperson spoke at a low volume. I could not see all the items because of how stuffed the store was. The associate did not make me feel welcomed.

One of my charms broke and this was my first time returning to the store due to COVID-19. I learned that the charm could not be replaced because it was past a year (2/14/2020).

I understand it close to mothers day so the store was busy but the sales associate couldn't locate the charm I wanted although it said it was 6 in the store she alerts the manager She looks for all of 5min and said no we don't have it the store is 2 twirls how you can't find a charm that it is six of just felt like the manager was doing everything but giving the clients that personal help the associate couldn't help with thats why we have managers

I purchased an item that was not given to me. I realized and went back to the store. They apologized.

Placed an order online - items were in a clear bag for pick up - tacky - no pandora box or cover. You are forced to wear the items out the store. Disappointed

The first time I went , the store was suppose to close at 8:00 and they were closed at 7:45 and when I returned and made a purchase for 143.10 the same purchase on line would have cost me 46.00 less.

I waited outside the store for about 10minutes. I was only in the store for 2 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted to see. They should have someone working the line outside the store.

When we got to the store we were not greeted .we were told to please stand until someone could help us .the store was very small and it took a long time to finish your transaction. I've been to 2 stores and neither of them seemed to be stocked very well.

Just needs better customer service
