I went to the store because my bracelet had a problem on the lock, as haven't the receipt because it was a gift, they couldn't help me, finally I bought a new one. They don't wanted to fix it. So disappointing.

There were 3 associates in the store and each were not busy at different times and chose not to speak to me. I knew exactly what I wanted and it was until until there were other customers for me to acknowledged

The salesperson was inexperienced She couldn’t even open the jewelry she had no knowledge of a lock to keep my jewelry from falling off I asked her to ask someone info She was wearing no Pandora

The first problem was the store size is too small, waiting in line for 30 minutes to get in the store. When we finally got in the store we had to look in the glass to see if it was what you wanted and only had two pallets to look at and when I went to another pallet, she said she will be back with a customer so I had to come back to where she was. This was the first time I came to purchase from this store, my children brought me a bracelet for Mother's day. I love the bracelet but to check around the store was not enough room to see all that Pandora has. I asked the young lady do you have a site where I could purchase more and she said yes. My husband was saying how high the prices were for these tiny charms, so he brought two. I got a felling he rather buy other things instead! :-) I know that I will not come back on Valentines Day again. I would like not to be rushed to find what I really want but I understand waiting to buy at the last minute!

It was valentine's weekend, certainly, but that early in the weekend to have so many open spots in the cases felt like it was not worth the trip.

I order pickup and still had to wait 1 hour only to be told they didn't have what i ordered and then I had to purchase something else which took about 20 mins

The Customer service wasn’t what it use to be. Not too engaging and not so enthusiastic with interacting with the customers. The only reason why I returned to the Towson location was because it’s the closest to my home.

I was unable to return a bracelet I bought in Las Vegas. The Vegas associates said I would be able to make the return at any Pandora nationwide if I was dissatisfied with the product.
