Pandora Jewelry

I was not initially greeted and made to feel welcome. Wait time for greeting and or assistance was long. Item I wanted was unavailable.

The pandora in our mall is always crowded and loud - not a very likeable atmosphere for buying jewlery. The associates were very nice but also very ready to move on to the next customer.

It takes a lot time for assists to find my size of rings. I think it could be more efficient

I placed my pickup order at 8:47am well before the the store opened. The email stated to give the store 4 hour to fill my order, which would've been 2pm seeing the store opened at 10am. I got no email so I called at 3:15pm, a young lady answered (Chanaiya) and I stated what my issue was and her response was "oh ill do the online orders now" then she hung up on me. About 5 minutes later I got an email stating that a part of my order was canceled because it was no longer in stock. I'm my experience of working in the retail business since 2007 online order should be addressed when they coming in whether that's 1st thing in the morning or the last thing at night. I do believe that my order was filled in the morning when then came in part of my order would not have been canceled. I called back and spoke with the manager of store 218149 Indigo and she was very helpful in finding me what I needed and insured that my item be ready for purchase when I came to pickup my order. Overall it was not a completely bad experience I would like better customer service from all employees not just the manager.

The service was mediocre

Lack of merchandise available. Organization of the charms. Knowledge or willingness to recommend charms

Montana, the Manager at the Towson Town Center location in Baltimore MD, is extremely rude and displays a lack of interpersonal skills. She was asked if she was having a bad day because her energy was not welcoming at all, when told she was being rude she replied with "thank you", at that moment we switched sales associates to complete the transaction. I will never purchase from Pandora in Towson. My birthday was on the day of the purchase.

Wait time in line over 45min long lots of potential customers and return customer left line to go to another visit this was verbalized.

Store moved within the mall, no clear signage to lead to new store. Had to wait in line in the middle of the hallway, very very awkward! Went in store after waiting in line for about 45 minutes. Made my purchase only to find out store had no charm or bracelet boxes. Really disappointed especially being that it is the Holiday Season and the time that gifts are exchanged. Not happy to have to go somewhere else to purchase boxes.

No one was knowledgeable enough to help me to buy a good Christmas gift for my child the staff were not friendly they was not cheerful I expected more from Pandora
