I am HIGHLY satisfied especially with the care of Ms. Rimma who helped us through the process. She was very informative with good sales attitude.

Location - Towson Towne store was extremely small, with customers & sales associates it felt very confined.

It was very crowded. There was a waiting list to get someone to help us. We waited atleast 30-35 mins to get our things that we ready knew what we wanted. The manager could of helped people but she just walked around watching the workers. She could of helped some customers so the waiting list to purchase items could go faster. There were some jewelry i wanted but not in stock.

I asked for a birthstone ring and the sales associate almost sold me the wrong color. Lucky I knew which color I was looking for.

The store is very small and hard to move around.

It was just a busy day so it took a while (10 min or so) for a sales associate to get to me and the store was a bit crowded. The sales associate I got (Ashia) was great but her manager interrupted us just because she wore a dark gray cardigan over her black outfit. Did not like the manager. Bad timing and could've mad employee look bad. Loved her though! Very helpful.

I️ bought daughter a braclet from this location 10 months ago but returned it because it kept popping open for one reason . I️ was informed that the type of braclet that she had was known to do that so I️ was able to return it for a different style of braclet . I️ was happy with the service but was disappointed to find out that the charms that were lost due to a faulty braclet would not be replaced

Had to wait a little bit from them to assist me

The selection was very limited. In addition, no Military discount.

I was very satisfied with my purchase.
