Pandora Jewelry

This was my first time going to Pandora and the sales associate was great. She explained certain things that I needed for my bracelet and was very helpful with choosing a charm.

Because I feel that there is always room for improvement. The staff however was really good.but I didn’t get what I was looking for in maybe they could have check at another location..

When I entered the store there with two customer's ,I waited because I knew what I wanted I waited until the sales representatives was finished with the two customers a walk to both sides of the store still no acknowledgement that I was in the store everybody had their heads down so lady that waited on me lift your head up and stay high have you been waited on now very dissatisfied and how I was treated

I didn't like the prices

Crowded not all beads in Stock felt rushed

This was the first shopping experience and I know during the holidays things are not the same as a normal work day. Unlike the other customers I saw who were looking at the catalog to find what they liked, I already had my list on my phone with part numbers and description. I asked the associate to lay out all 15 items on my list to see which ones I would purchase at this time. I was only given 5 to inspect and purchased all 5 on the bracelet. I expect when I return after the holidays to purchase more pendants the experience will be high satisfied on our part.

Store too busy for staff available. Felt rushed. My sales person all business like and abrupt.

After walking into the store, it took about 15 minutes for someone to assist me, despite the fact that there was a staff person available. The store is very tiny and there is not ample space for the merchandise to be displayed. Had to repeatedly ask for what I wanted to see and i felt rushed. May return the gift that I bought and go else where.

The staff at this visit weren’t as friendly as my previous visits .

Sale associate did not have a pleasant attitude. She provide poor customer service.. I know it from her greeting.. she seemed like she really didn’t want to help me.. this is not good for Christmas season
